He was first married to Miss Alice SIPES, and to this unin were born three children, Mrs. Clara SISK, Mrs. Carl WADLEY and Mrs. A. W. HAVENER. His second marriage was to Miss Josie STANFIELD, and to this union four children were born, one dyin gin infancy: Mrs. Robert HART of Knowville; Mrs. Will HOLLAND of Milan; and A. T. SMITH of Lexington survive. He leaves one sister, Mrs. Charles BROWN of Blytheville, Arkansas.

SMITH, Jr., Miss Josie Mae, now living, with two children having died several years ago. Also surviving are three stepdaughters, Mrs. Sam SISK, Mrs. Carl WADLEY and Mrs. Bill HAVENER. W, A. WOODY conducted the funeral services at Bethel Church with interment at the nearby cemetery.

    Know all men by these present that I I.N. STANFILL of Decatur County and State of Tennessee ____
    the uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory do make and declare and publish this my last will and testament.
    First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Louize the use of improvement and income of all my house hold and kitchen furniture and personal property and real estate to have and to hold the same to have for and during her material life - and at her death I give and bequeath all of my House hold and Kitchen furniture and personal property and real estate and all other property that I may die possessed of after my debts are paid to my beloved children that is now a living there being nine in all 7 boys and 2 girls - said described property to be divided equally among my nine children that is now living all except Twenty five dollars which I give an bequeath to my Grandson Elbert Butler in addition to what I have already done for him. I also do nominate and ___ my wife Louizie and my Sons L.B. and A.W. STANFILL to be the executor of this my last will and testament.
