T. (The Lexington Progress, May 4, 1945) Tom SMITH, aged 71 years, died Saturday in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Clara SISK. He was first married to Miss Alice SIPES, and to this unin were born three children, Mrs. Clara SISK, Mrs. Carl WADLEY and Mrs. A. W. HAVENER. His second marriage was to Miss Josie STANFIELD, and to this union four children were born, one dyin gin infancy: Mrs. Robert HART of Knowville; Mrs. Will HOLLAND of Milan; and A. T. SMITH of Lexington survive. He leaves one sister, Mrs. Charles BROWN of Blytheville, Arkansas.
