Survivors included his wife, Mary Alexander Goff, Sardis; two sons, Eddie (Marshall) Goff, Lexington and Kenneth (Trissia) Goff, Parsons; a sister Jean Cantrell, Milan and seven grandchildren.

      Funeral services for Mr. Selma W. Goff, age 91, were held 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 24, 2009 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Donald Rhodes officiating. Burial followed in Shady Grove Cemetery.
      Mr. Goff died Sunday in Lexington. He was born March 9, 1918 in Scotts Hill to the late Alton D. and Icy Ella Bell Goff. He was a retired construction worker for C&W Construction Company and a member of Sardis Church of Christ.
      Mr. Goff was preceded in death by his daughter, Teresa Gaines; a brother, Hallie Goff; a great granddaughter, Alissa.
      Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Mrs. Mary Alexander Goff of Sardis; two sons, Eddie (Marsha) Goff of Lexington, Kenneth (Trissia) Goff of Parsons; a sister, Jean Cantrell of Milan; seven grandchildren, Janet (Jeff) Wright, Joel (Kristal) Goff, Jeremy (Brandi) Goff, Melissa (Jim) Williams, Mark (Kimberly) Goff, Daniel (Tiffany) Gaines, Jared Gaines; ten great grandchildren, Ben, Josh, Haley, Abigail, Alaina, Blake, Jordan, Easton, Madison, Brooks; two great-great grandchildren, Rylie and Tucker
