      In The Name Of God I V.L Burch Of The Post Office Of Mooleyville, County Of Breckinridge And State Of Kentucky Of The Age Of 53 Years Being Of Sound Mind And Memory And Considering The Uncertainty Of This Frail And Transatory Life, Do Therefore Make, Ordain, Publish And Declare This To Be My Last Will And Testament That Is To Say First, After All My Lawful Debts Are Paid And Discharged, The Residue Of My Estate, Real And Personal, I Give And Bequeath And Dispose Of As Follows To Wit;
      To My Son Earl Burch I Give And Bequeath $1,000.00 And To My Son Fred Burch I Give And Bequeath $1,000.00 To My Daughter Mary Burch I Give And Bequeath The Piano, The Present Growing Crop To Be Divided Equally Between My 4 Children, And After This Year The Farm Is To Be Rented To The Highest And Best Bidder, But The Renter Is To Live In The Houses, Unless It Is My Children.
      To My Son Allie Burch I Give And Bequeath One Heiffer Calf And To My Daughter In Law Maggie I Give And Bequeath One Milk Cow, And To My Son Earl And Fred Burch I Give and Bequeath One Horse Each When They Are 21 Years Of Age.
      To My Son Allie Burch My Son The Refusal Of The Farm Next Year, Three Disinterested Men To Say What Rent He Must Pay. Also I Give And Bequeath To And Divide All The Rest Residue And Remainder Of Real And Personal Estate To My Children, Now Living To Be Divided Between Them , Share And Share Alike.
      The Land Is Not to Be Divided Until All The Children Are Of Age (21 Years).
      I Also Set Aside $50.00 To Be Used For Masses For Myself. Likewise I Make Constitute And Appoint My Brother S T Burch To Be My Executor Of This My Last Will And Testament.
