      That was my uncle Alvin, Dad's brother. They lived in Madison County when I was growing up and I spent many happy Sunday afternoons on their farm when Dad went to see his brother. They lived about 10 miles from where I lived.

      Alvin died of cancer some time in the late 1930's. Aunt Monte and Alice moved back to Scotts hill after Alvin died and I visited them there. I have lost contact since my father died and I moved to Knoxville.
