James died in 1837. His grandson G G Gough of Russellville KY. The sons of James Gough were Wm. John, Sylvester, Joe, Church, Frank & Ben. The girls were Sarah [never married] and Caroline who married Ben Whitaker & moved to Russellville. Wm never married, John married a widow, Syslvester married a Rogers, Joe & Church married sisters [Mary M. & Matilda L. Gorin of Ressellville, Frank married Rebecca Frazer and Ben married Eliza Sublett. Sylvester has a son G. G. Gough of Logan Co. KY."
