William Benedict Burch Son Of Joseph Lesley & Mary Ida Sevilla Burch... So I Am Related More Than One Way, Burch And Obryan... You Are Always In Our Prayers, Love Ted & Sherian... To add on to what Mike's line is which is through David. This is my Susan McGill who married William Burch. My Susan being daug. to John Joseph McGill (brother to David) and Ellen/Helena McGary. I can tell you Joe helped me prove my suspicions of her parents. Then I found a deed which closed the deal. LucyHi Beverly, French Island is down about Stanly I think. It sure is a small world. I'm sure your related to the Gough's around here and even the bunch from Scott Co. that went to Missouri. As for your Susan McGill, I'm not sure as to who she is just yet. I have McGill ancestors and have a lot of information on the various McGill families that came to Nelson, Meade and Breckenridge counties. There are several McGill families and lots of "Susans". The marriage between a Susan McGill and John Monarch is new to me, so I need to check it out and see what else I might find. I have a Susan McGill born March 24, 1833 and died Aug. 19, 1858. She was daughter of Thomas and Martha Clark McGill of Breckenridge Co., but I don't think that she was ever married. There was a Susan McGill, born Aug. 8, 1836 Breckenridge Co. Ky. Daughter of Thomas (1791) and Henrietta "Hannah" Cromwell McGill, but she married a Norman Hardin Feb. 10, 1863. There was also a Susan Emily McGill born Dec. 19, 1839, daughter of John Joseph and Eleanor McGary McGill. Now she's too young to be the mother of Martha Ellen Monarch but not for Susan Malinda and Mary Cordelia Gough? Something else to think about. I have a Mary C. Gough born Nov. 7, 1857 Meade Co. daughter of Thomas Jefferson Gough and Christina McGill. Joe Lewis
